Seller shall not accept Customer’s purchase orders unless and until Customer consents to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (as set forth on this website) supersede the terms and conditions of Customer's purchase order(s) and will govern all transactions between Customer and Seller. These Terms and Conditions of Sale also apply to all future transactions unless modified in writing signed by Seller and Customer. We may from time to time change the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site. Your use of the Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We reserve the right to modify our site, terms and conditions periodically, with or without notice. The content on our sites is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on our sites. Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Canada are subject to Government (GST) and corresponding Provincial Sales Taxes (PST).

Subject Usage Consent and Release

Subject Usage Consent and Release Granted to Square One Concepts Inc. (“Square One”) by becoming joining the Square One Ambassador Program and Posting Content relevant to Square One on “the Wall” and/or other social media platforms. 

By signing up for the Square One Ambassador Program, you have agreed to engage in the posting of content to the Square One website for the purposes of promotion and wearing of products manufactured and sold by Square One, a Manitoba Corporation, in its marketing and advertising. You are the Subject of this Consent and Release, of which Square One is the beneficiaries.

 You agree that Square One now has acquired the rights to own, use, publish, reuse, republish, distribute, disseminate, or otherwise make publicly available for any artistic or commercial use, including advertising, promotion, publication or illustration of my image, the content including statements, photographs/videos are hereby transferred and released to Square One Concepts Inc., and any valid legal representatives, transferees, assignees or licensees from them. You retain ownership of your original photos, videos, and text, however when you upload content you grant Square One Concepts Inc. a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your content, which you acknowledge, accept and agree not to informally or formally challenge in any way, such as through Court.

All posts will be reviewed and rejected if offensive, but if for some reason something is missed by our screening process, then the responsibility and consequences of such material rests with you as content creator.

Content will be rejected if it is deemed by Square One to be obscene according to current Canadian legal standards; racist or discriminatory according to current Canadian human rights standards; hateful or otherwise in violation of the Criminal Code of Canada, always as in Square One’s exclusive opinion.

The opportunity to seek independent legal advice has occurred prior to registering for the Ambassador Program, and the posting of your content. In any event, you understand that you are consenting to your photographic/video image being taken and retaken, digitally displayed, or otherwise published potentially to many people without responsibility or liability for Square One, for any unintended consequences for you even if harmful, but outside of the control of Square One.

 Square One knows of no special circumstances about you to override or nullify your Consent and Release.

 By registering for the Square One Ambassador Program and posting content, you are confirming that you are not under the influence of any drug or alcohol, or somehow impaired from understanding the terms and conditions, as well as implications of being involved with this program.

 Your image may be altered, changed, modified or edited in the process from photography to publication or republication and copying, which may be in many forms of media like print, uploaded to internet websites, and broadcast media, audio or visual.

 In special circumstances, at your request and for justifiable reason, your image may be withdrawn or retracted from Square One website after publication. It is impossible to prevent the copying and further dissemination of your image by others, however.

This Consent and Release is not a violation of your rights to privacy and publication since you are agreeing to widespread publication of your content.

 You are releasing and indemnifying against harm Square One from any and all claims associated with publication or republication of content containing yourself.

This Consent and Release shall be governed by and enforced under the laws of the Province of Manitoba, and federal laws in force in Manitoba from time to time.

 This Consent and Release shall bind the subject/model and his or her heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, beneficiaries and assigns, and shall benefit Square One Concepts Inc. and their respective heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives, beneficiaries and assigns.
