Shipping and Processing
Due to the special nature of our products, as well as our hand-crafted, small-batch process, orders may take up to 6 weeks for fulfillment if stock is not readily on hand.
Orders are shipped through Canada Post and you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number once your order is administered. Once shipped, orders may take up to 5-7 business days to reach their destination.
Exchange/Refund Policy
We unfortunately do not accept returns or refunds on products that we have shipped out.
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for sizing or manufacturing defects. The product must be in new, unwashed, unworn condition with tags attached.
Examples of things not included as manufacturing defects:
- Rips, tears, cuts, holes
- Stains, fading, discoloration, color bleeding
- Fabric pilling or fabric abrasion
- Melted zippers or fabric
- Shrinkage
- Improper care
Please note that exchanges will only be processed for a different size of the same style. Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt.
Customer shall notify Seller in writing WITHIN 14 DAYS OF CUSTOMER’S RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE of any claims of manufacturing quality defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer. We will not accept claims or exchanges of merchandise which has been altered or modified in any way.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs including any duties or taxes. You can start your exchange or return online by visiting our Returns and Exchanges Page. Print the shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label.
Once we receive your package, your exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days.
Please note that product is only reserved for an exchange once the original item has made it back to our facility and been reviewed by our returns department to verify the item is in a returnable condition.
At that time, the new size of the item(s) will be prepared for shipment. We do our best to fulfill all requests for exchanges, however because product moves quickly, it is possible that the item(s) requested are no longer available.
In that case, your options include: 1) you can wait to be notified when item(s) will be back in stock, or 2) the exchange will be canceled, and you will be notified via email with a full refund for your returned item(s).
